I developed the C.A.R.E. Model over the last 5 years of working with neurodiverse entrepreneurs, supporting them with the operations of their businesses.
I’ve seen first hand how important it is to have someone radically accept you as you are, while holding space for all your ramblings and creative ideas - for someone to accept your communication in a way that feels best for you. There are powerful shifts that happen when we partner together and turn your visions into a clear business plan.
Prior to working with online entrepreneurs, I worked in non-profit for 13 years supporting adult volunteers working with youth. This gave me the unique experience of learning how to coach different neurotypes while working with a hugely diverse population of adults and students.

Where you’ll stay…
The EXPAND Retreat is held in a spacious house, with plenty of quiet corners for reflecting and resting, large central spaces for retreat activities, game room, outdoor decks and private pool!
Nestled against Lake Wylie just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina the home has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We also will have access to a canoe and kayaks.
There is on site parking available. The house is a 20-minute ride from the Charlotte airport.

Retreat Schedule
This is an example schedule for retreat. Specific offerings will depend on the needs of the group. Past workshops have included clarity on values and business offerings, marketing strategy, and forming a business plan for the next 6-12 months.
All meals during retreat are included and will be prepared on site.
The Details
Dates: August 22-25, 2025
Retreat starts at 5pm on Friday and ends at 10am on Monday.
Getting there: Parking is available on site. The closest airport is Charlotte, NC (CLT).
Location: Belmont, NC - a 20 minute drive from the Charlotte airport.
What's included: Everything! Once you arrive at the house or airport, the rest of your weekend is already covered. We'll provide mastermind sessions for your business, dedicated time to implement and get feedback, as well as time to relax. All meals are included throughout the retreat and will be prepared on site.
Pre-Retreat: Prior to retreat, you’ll receive one 1:1 session with me and a group call to clarify your retreat priorities and to get to know one another.

$2130 total or $355/month
This tier is for you if you have financial security, own assets, or have a savings cushion.
If you can afford to buy the things you want without much concern for your basic needs, consider this option.
By choosing this tier, you're helping others who may need financial support, contributing to a more inclusive and equitable community.
Moderate Price Tier
$1710 total or $285/month
This tier might be appropriate if you're working on debt repayment or building savings, but still have a steady income.
If meeting basic needs like food, housing, and healthcare isn’t a constant worry, but paying this price means scaling back on non-essentials, this is likely the best fit.
While this choice might require some short-term budgeting adjustments, it won’t compromise your long-term financial well-being.
Lower Price Tier
$1290 total or $215/month
This option is for those who meet their basic needs, though it may be a challenge at times.
If saving for this retreat would take more than six months at the moderate price, this tier might be the right choice.

If you can afford a higher tier without risking your safety or well-being, please consider doing so, as it helps allow the retreat to be accessible to others who may need more flexibility. For all payment plans, there are no refunds. If you are unable to attend retreat due to illness, we can replace the cost of retreat with 1:1 support, less the cost of retreat expenses already accumulated.

Once you arrive at the house, everything is included! We’ll have scheduled workshops, masterminding sessions, and 1:1 sessions with me to support your business needs! All food and drink is included and meals will all be prepared on site. The home is spacious with lots of room to come together or spread out. It’s located on a lake with both a canoe and kayak available for our use and a private, outdoor pool. Each participant will have a private room with either a king or queen sized bed.

This retreat is for the business owner that needs to step out of the day-to-day for a weekend of spaciousness to focus on their business dreaming and planning. My speciality is supporting ADHD and/or autistic women-identifying parents of highly sensitive kids who are also running their businesses through the chaos of their lives. Non-binary people also welcome! This is an LGBTQIA+ affirming space.

If you’re driving, there is plenty of on-site parking space available. If you’re flying, the closest airport is CLT. The house is about a 25 minute drive away for a taxi/Lyft/Uber. As the group comes together, we can assess carpooling options from the airport to house.

All meals are included with retreat. Breakfast will be “help yourself when you feel like eating.” Lunches and Dinners will be prepared on site by a dedicated chef. Snacks and drinks are all included. I’ll be sending out a food survey 6ish weeks before retreat to get all your preferences, dietary restrictions, and allergies. These will all be factored into the meal planning and snack purchasing.

I have attempted to make this retreat accessible to participants of various economic realities; please read over the equity pricing information and make the selection that best fits your scenario. Each participant, regardless of pricing tier selected, will receive the same retreat experience. Participants will all have their own private room.

Due to costs associated with hosting retreats and the limited number of spots, payments made for retreat are non-refundable. Hi, I’m Katherine (she/her)!
As an ADHDer, homeschooling mom, and wife, I know what it’s like to live and work amongst the chaos of life, business, and parenthood. But with Virgo placements in my sun, moon, Mercury, and Venus - I can also bridge the gap between chaos and systems.
I work exclusively with neurodivergent moms, with a big vision of how they want to make the world better.
On the day-to-day, I run an operations agency. Every 6 months, I host retreats to help you step out of YOUR day-to-day and bring your big visions and business plans to life.
